  • Technical Recruiter

    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting technical professionals.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the technical team members and the executives.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and recommendations.
    • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and engineering.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
