Sales & Marketing

You’ll learn to market our products online to clients not just in the Philippines, but all over the world. You’ll learn analytics, A/B testing of ads on our website(s). You’ll learn how to advertise on Google, FB, and IG. You’ll learn to use Hootsuite and/or SocialPilot for social media management. You will be judged by the sales you generate on our advertising dollar. You’ll learn about making good ads, good copywriting, and getting good PR from the various bloggers and journalists out there. 

You may be handling a team of direct marketers, making outbound calls to people that are interested in taking their businesses online, but need help in getting a payment gateway, selecting the right domain and hosting, or using the right collaboration tool (Office 365 vs Google Gsuite?). You’ll learn to use Mailchimp, and/or ActiveCampaigns. 

If you’re really good and entrepreneurial, we will give you your own website, and your own division. It may be selling domains in the NZ market (where we are a registrar); It may be selling a new Saas product that we have tested, modified, or developed for the local market. Or it may be pushing a ccTLD in Asia. It all depends on how good you are, and what novel ideas you bring to the table for attacking a certain market. Equity is not a problem if you are confident that you can produce results.

We’re looking for people who are interested to learn and operate our existing and new business units through technical, marketing or sales skills. ABOUT US 
  • Product Manager

    The Product Manager is responsible for client and partner acquisition and retention for dotPH's product lines.


    Summary:


    The position requires sourcing SAAS products for the global marketplace; as well as identifying target markets and specific clients for these products. It allows for the practice and development of digital marketing skills, including:

    • Devising online strategies for promoting the products and lead the ad design team to implement the strategies.
    • Determine optimum placement of online ads using a variety of networks, including Facebook, Google, and our in-house website that gets 1.5M visits a day.
    • Assessing market feedback and behavior quickly using analytics and revising strategies accordingly, based on available data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Tracking and evaluation of sales and marketing initiatives, measuring performance and assessing against ROI and KPI goals.
    • Determining pricing by using market research, reviewing sales and production costs, and anticipating sales volumes.
    • Identifying new opportunities and trends and brainstorming creative growth strategies.
    • Crafting compelling messages across marketing channels.
    • Evaluating emerging technologies and new products.
    • Working with design and customer support teams to accomplish goals.

    Requirements: 

    • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.

  • Outbound Sales Manager

    This person proactively identifies and targets sales opportunities to build a network that supports outbound sales.


    Responsibilities:


    • Setting the approach and strategy for how best to generate outbound sales.
    • Identifying target companies and undertaking research on them to produce database of companies, potential leads, projects, contacts, sales intelligence and outcomes
    • Generate and follow up on existing leads to acquire new clients
    • Pitch our rewarding premium services to new and existing clients, clearly communicating the benefits of the available packages
    • Maintain solid customer relationship with existing clients
    • Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.
    • Potentially develop an outbound sales team
    • Technology and social media-savvy

    Requirements:


    • Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
    • Practical experience in a similar position advantageous

    We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


    The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.


    Responsibilities:


    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
